Worst Audi dealership ever!!! Their service department is full of liars! We had a scheduled appointment for our Audi Q7 TDI to have a new EGR cooler put in it was supposed to be a three-day job they had the car for over 2 months. I highly recommend you do not by from them or at least not service your car there. I have loved my Audi but this service issue they have makes me want to sell and never buy from them again. Unfortunately I have prepaid oil changes here which I may just cut my losses. In the end we waited 3 1/2 hours for something that should have took no more than 45 mins even replacing a oil plug. If thatвЂ™s the case why didnвЂ™t you say that earlier? Makes me think they didnвЂ™t even start my oil change until I had asked the status of my car twice. He now claimed an oil plug seized and they replaced it. Scott said sorry they a just finishing up and it will be back shortly. After about 40 minutes I went back and asked where my car was. I was told by Scott that they are just finishing up and it should be just 30 more minutes. After two hours I went to the service desk and asked for the status of my car. The oil change took 3 and half hours!!!!! My husband and I decided to wait for my car thinking a normal oil change is roughly and hour or less. Good thing it was nothing serious that needed immediate attention. I called to make an appointment for my Audi Q5 to get a routine oil change.
